Can I change my delivery address?
Of course you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for the team to re-arrange delivery but, either way, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?
Yes, not a problem; just simply select a separate delivery address at the check out.
Will I be charged tax or duty?
All quoted prices include 20% VAT.
On orders outside of the UK, there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Parka London is not liable for. Therefore, please note that you will be responsible for paying customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.
How do I track my parcel?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel.

UK via DPD £6.95 | up to 2-3 working days | supported with one SMS delivery message once courier has your parcel, then once again to advise that your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot provided.
Europe & rest of world via DPD | tracking number will be advised via email once courier has been booked and the parcel will be trackable.
All packages require a signature and therefore cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
Please note, dependant on the volume of deliveries, orders placed after 1pm on a Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday.
Unfortunately, Express Delivery is not currently available for our international customers.

Do I have to pay to return my items?
Yes. For UK customers you can use a convenient and trackable returns service with CollectPlus for just £3.70. A fee of £3.70 will be deducted from your refund.
For all other countries, you will be responsible for the cost of the postage and necessary packaging to make a return and the safe return of the goods. It is recommended that you use a tracked postal service.
How do I return an item?
UK customers are recommended to use the CollectPlus label to make a return. Please note you will have the return charges of £3.70 deducted from your refund. This does not apply to items returned due to a fault or because you received the wrong item.
1.Write your order number on this Collect+ returns label. Then peel it off and stick it on your parcel so it covers the barcode of the original label.
2.Drop your parcel off at any one of 5,900 local stores offering the Collect+ service. Keep your returns receipt or scan this label using our app so that you can track your parcel online.
3.Find your nearest Collect+ store at www.collectplus.co.uk or by downloading the Collect+ app, where you can add this parcel to your account and track your return quickly and easily.

We recommended that you use a tracked postal service to return. You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return and the safe return of the goods. Please ensure you enclose the order number that starts with PKL in the parcel with the return otherwise we will not know who the return is from and will not be able to process the refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be paid using the same method as the payment. We will refund the card used to purchase the order within 3 days however dependant on the card issuer this refund may take up to 10 days to complete. Once the refund is complete you will receive an email from a member of our team.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days dependant on the card issuer a refund may take up to 10 days to complete.
If a refund is incorrect, contact our customer care team and we will solve the problem quickly as possible. Parkalondon.com reserves the right to reject the returns beyond the return limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How do I make an exchange?
Subject to availability you can exchange your purchase for a different size or another item, just simply fill in the returns form on the reverse of the delivery note listing the products you wish to exchange the item for. We will dispatch your exchange upon receipt and check in of your original item.
Only one discount code can be used at a time. Discount codes are not valid on items that have already been reduced from full price.

As E-Commerce Manager your role will oversee and be responsible for managing the online business strategy, website and functions. You will be managing the accuracy and usability of all versions of the site including desktop, mobile, and the customer experience. You will be liaising daily with the contracted agencies such as web developers, SEO and working alongside marketing to maximize growth and reach markets.
