Can I change my delivery address?
Of course you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for the team to re-arrange delivery but, either way, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Can I have my order delivered to different address other than my billing address?
Yes, not a problem; simply select a separate delivery address at the check out.
Will I be charged tax or duty?
All domestic UK prices include VAT.
On orders outside of the UK, there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Parka London is not liable for. Therefore, please note that you will be responsible for paying customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.
How do I track my parcel?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel.

Free UK shipping via DHL | up to 2-3 working days | supported with one SMS delivery message once the courier has your parcel, then once again to advise that your order is out for delivery; a 1 hour delivery slot will be provided.
Europe €20 & rest of world $35 via DHL | a tracking number will be advised via email once a courier has been booked, so you can track your order.
All packages require a signature and therefore cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
Please note, dependent on the volume of deliveries, orders placed after 1pm on a Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday.

Do I have to pay to return my items?
Yes. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage and necessary packaging to make a safe return of the goods. It is recommended that you use a tracked postal service.
How do I return an item?
We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to make a return. You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the safe return of the goods. Please ensure you enclose the order number that starts with PKL in the parcel with the return otherwise we will not know who the return is from and will not be able to process the refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be paid using the same method as the payment. We will refund the card used to purchase the order within 3 days however dependant on the card issuer this refund may take up to 10 days to complete. Once the refund is complete you will receive an email from our customer service team.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

What happens with faulty items?
Goods can be identified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality or not as described. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
Items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty and will only be accepted back to us at our own discretion. If you require any further guidance on this issue, please contact us here.
How do I make an exchange?
Subject to availability you can exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or another item; simply fill in the returns form at the bottom of the delivery note listing the products you wish to exchange the item for. Please also indicate the reason you wish to return the item(s). We will dispatch your exchange upon receipt of your item, provided our returns policy has been met.
Discount codes
Only one discount code may be used at a time. Discount codes are not valid on items that have already been reduced from full price.
