The Raincoat goes back as far as Ancient China, where the earliest forms of the coat were made of straw and bamboo. As time went on these forms of raincoats were thought to be too stiff and heavy. So the Chinese devised new approaches to the raincoat designs, including using types of grasses and tree leaves to create a coat that was more water resistant and lightweight. The first modern raincoat was created by Scottish Chemist Charles Macintosh using tarpaulin material.
SIENNA - The Sienna is your go-to summer raincoat. Made from a laminated, water-resistant material, it will have you covered through any rainy day. Furthermore the lightweight material makes it easy to pack the coat away, when it gets warmer. The Sienna also features storm flaps and a wire frame hood for full protection against the elements. Available in a variety of colours, including our signature green and a standout bluebell colour, it’s hard to not adore the Sienna coat.
JAYDEN - The Jayden has a classical and practical design, making it a wardrobe essential all year road. It’s particularly useful during the spring/summer season with its 100% waterproof material, there to protect you against any downpour. Its material is also breathable thanks to its triple layer fabric and underarm eyelets, preventing you from getting too warm. With standout features such as the signature fishtail hem and rust Bemis tape in the inside centre back, it’s little wonder this coat is favoured by so many.
